Womens Golf Association of Western Pennsylvania

Beginning on January 1, 2016 the new changes to the USGA rules of golf will take effect.  There are four major changes:

     -new decision involving submission of an incorrect scorecard
     -prohibition on anchoring the club while making a stroke
     -withdrawal of rule on ball moving after address
     -use of artificial devices or equipment
