Womens Golf Association of Western Pennsylvania

The First President's Memorial Tournament is a two day, 36-hole stroke play event played each year in memory of the WGAWP's first president, Jeannette Nicholson Price.  This year's tournament was played at the Pittsburgh Field Club and at Fox Chapel Golf Club.

Winning the First President Medallion with a two day low net score of 145 was Past President Johnsie Irwin of Fox Chapel Golf Club.  Her name will be added to the permanent trophy for the event that is kept at Fox Chapel.  Jane Wymer (Butler) earned runner-up honors witha score of 146 while Kristen Obush (Ligonier) took home the third low net prize.

The "Nettie" for 18-hole Day One Low Net (71) went to Nancy Harned of Hillcrest.  The "Betty Ab" for 18-hole Day Two Low Net (74) was won by Jessica Shaughnessy of Wildwood on a match of cards.

The 36 hole low gross winner of the JNP award was Carol Semple Thompson with a two-day total of 151.
