18 Hole Stroke Play ~ "T" Score ~ Handicap Index to 25.4
All entries are subject to the approval of the Executive Board and any entry may be rejected. If the event is over-subscribed, the low 120 entries will be accepted.
ENTRANT MUST BE A MEMBER OF WGAWP ~ NO AGE RESTRICTION.
All entries will be grouped according to handicap and the pairing for the Qualifying Round made by draw.
QUALIFYING ROUND ~ BOBBY CRUICKSHANK MEMORIAL
The defending champion is not required to qualify, but she may play during the qualifying round. If she elects to compete for the Bobby Cruickshank Memorial Award, she will forfeit her seeded position and compete on the same basis as all other competitors. She must announce her decision in advance.
The Bobby Cruickshank Memorial Award will be presented to the low gross winner of the qualifying round. Ties for the award must be played off at sudden death immediately following the round. The permanent plaque will be inscribed with the winner's name and retained at Chartiers Country Club. The plaque will not be retired.
The low 96 qualifiers will compete in match play. Contestants who qualify will be paired for match play and are COMMITTED TO PLAY THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT. If there are fewer than 96 qualifiers, a flight may be eliminated at the discretion of the Executive Board.
Division qualification and ties for position except last place, will be determined by the order in which the score cards are returned (see Rules of Golf). Ties for last place in the Championship Flight will be decided by a hole by hole playoff on the same day. THE PLAY-OFF WILL BE HELD AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE QUALIFYING ROUND. Any player leaving the tournament before the play-off will forfeit that position. If all players tied for last position have left the site, there will be a match of cards beginning on the #1 hole for all eighteen (18) holes, if still tied "sudden death." Last place ties in all other divisions shall be decided by match of cards.

CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH PLAY
Competition in Match Play will begin Tuesday. All rounds will be 18 holes. When a match results in a tie, extra holes will be played until the tie is broken. Pairings and starting times for matches will be posted at the scoreboard. The Match Play pairings will be made in accordance with the General Numerical Draw System in use by the USGA and will be made by members of the Executive Board.
The 16 lowest qualifiers will compete in the Championship Flight for the Trophy, runner-up and semi-finalist prizes. Other flights of 16 will compete for winner, runner-up and semi-finalist prizes. The semi-finalist prizes will be awarded on Thursday. There will be no consolation flights.
