REGISTRATION FOR GOLF EVENTS HAS CHANGED
Create your profile today!
The event registration system (TPP) previously used by Western has been replaced by the USGA's new Tournament Management system. In order for you and your partner or teammates to sign up for tournaments, open days and special events, you MUST create a profile in the system. Here are some things to need to know:
1) You must have paid your Western dues and you MUST create a profile in the USGA's Tournament Management system (aka Golf Genius).
2) Have your GHIN number handy when registering as you need to enter it in your profile.
3) Encourage your friends to create their profile in the system, too. Any player without a profile will be unable to be included in a foursome or team/partner event.
4) Board members will be available to help you register at the following events:
-Opening Meeting at Chartiers on 4/11
-Rules Seminar at Shannopin on 4/19
-Afternoon Open Day at Green Oaks (followed by drinks and dinner) on
5/16

HOW TO CREATE YOUR PROFILE IN TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT
Go to this link: www.wpga-onlineregistration.golfgenius.com
Select "Sign In/Register" at the top right side of the page
Select "Register" at the bottom of the next page
Fill in the required personal information including your GHIN number.
When asked for your club affiliation, select the club with which your
GHIN number is associated. DO NOT select WGAWP.
You will receive a confirmation email from West Penn Golf Association
(WPGA) that your profile is complete. If you don't receive this email,
check your junk mail/spam. If you still don't have it, seek help from
one of the options above.
NOTE: REGISTRATION DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL APRIL 12
